"Chasing 330 runs is uncharted waters so I'm pleased we have the belief to achieve that now," added Healy.

"Hopefully we don't have to repeat it but, if necessary, we believe we can do it."

These statements will be the last competing nations at this World Cup want to hear.

In recent days a feeling they will triumph from any situation has only strengthened - this success coming after success over Pakistan by 107-run victory despite struggling at 76-7 at a certain moment.
