The Annual represents the annual collection from the company's ongoing subscription program featuring multiple CC3+ enhancements including map packs and additional utilities. For $30 as opposed to $15, the complete collection is so worth it, especially for cartographers who have only the annual CC3+ license seeking permanent licensing. However, it's clearly more advantageous for map-making newbies since it includes introductory guides to help you get started. The sole limitation is that while the purchase is available across platforms, the applications only function on Windows.
